The Logo of Growing Tall is a lighthouse in a storm. What does that mean?
Our basic instincts are to keep ourselves safe and to have a happy and fun life. It is a simple human need.
Unfortunately, we sometimes develop the belief, that this is the State we should be in at all times. We label our emotions and feelings as good or bad.
Of course, we all want to feel good, but all emotions are human. They come and go. Labeling some feelings as negative applies, that we should try to avoid them at all cost. We are putting up a fight, which we cannot win. Life is not plain sailing. There are many things out of our control. Struggling against them only leads us into a downwards spiral. The possibility of being balanced and fulfilled becomes impossible.
Life is like the sea. There are sunny and calm times and every so often a storm comes along.
The idea is to be like that lighthouse in the sea. Our physical health is the foundation of our being. This is the rock we built our lives on.
We construct the lighthouse as a tall, strong, and resilient building. It is equipped for the storms life every so often throws at us.
Hopefully, this lighthouse will also shine out a beacon of light. It will guide others stuck in a boat in the rocky sea home to their safe rock.
Growing Tall Services strives to be that beacon. Nobody has the answers for other people. We all have our own unique solutions within us. But sometimes, we need someone to point us in the right direction towards the shore, so that we can paddle our little boat towards those steady rocks, into safety and to our own lighthouse.
We don’t know what we are not aware of. It usually just needs a beam of light, to make it visible.

The WIFI or WiseMind Fireside Chats are conversations between a group of Achologists who collaborate, support and work with each other. They are an example of a supportive online community. We are talking through different difficulties and beliefs, which we all come across on our life journeys.
As a group we are “raw”, honest and ourselves. We share freely. We are sometimes not politically correct and an odd swear word can sneak in. We are real and what you experience is the exact same as if you would meet us in a coffee shop. There is also insight, some wisdom, some uncommon sense and hopefully a lot of value for you. Of performing and Facilitating
Gaby was a stand up Comedienne, a Master of Ceremony and an Improvisor for 15 years. She was one of the organizers of Comedy Dublin, where they run up to 5 shows a week in 3 different venues. For the past 5 years she is holding several workshops a week on subjects of personal growth, mental well being, communication and public speaking skills.
All this experience combined with her training in Achology provides for all her mentorship groups and workshops distinctive insights into various areas of life for the participants. These interwoven sessions are designed to foster personal growth, deepen comprehension of human behavior, and empower individuals focused on growth with the wisdom and insights necessary to boost their effectiveness. Both in their personal and professional lives.
Programs can vary. They can be once of events. Her real passion lies though in long term mentoring for long lasting change and connections.
